Borscht Belt Film Fest takes place in Ellenville, N.Y., a charming town located in Ulster County, approximately 90 miles north of New York City, in the heart of the beautiful Shawangunk Mountains. By car, the drive takes 90 minutes from Manhattan. The Metro-North Railroad's Port Jervis line offers service to the nearby town of Middletown, a 20-minute via Uber, Lyft or taxi. Another option is Adirondack Trailways to New Paltz from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. There is also a direct bus to Ellenville via Port Authority via Coach USA but service is infrequent.
